Question: What is "DefaultNickName", and "DefaultPassword"?
Answer: Default nick and Default password, will be your default for every server you connect to, and it will also be the standard nick and password for every new server you connect to.
Question: What is Greeting ?
Answer: Enter a saying you would like everyone to see when you chat. For example if someone private messages you, you will see your "saying or quote" already there, and all you have to do is press enter.
Question: What is Max Uploads?
Answer: Max Uploads is the Maximum Number of TOTAL uploads.
Question: What is Max Downloads?
Answer: Max downloads is the Maximum Number of TOTAL downloads.
Question: What is Max Concurrent Downloads from one user?
Answer: That is the max amount of mp3s one user can download from you at a time.
Question: What is Max Concurrent Uploads from one user?
Answer: That is the max amount of mp3s you can upload to a user at a time.
Question: What is Max Upload Queues Per User?
Answer: The user can only queue a certain amount of files from you, for example the user can only queue 3 files at a time if you set this option to 3.
Question: What is Max Transfers?
Answer: That is the max amount of uploads/downloads you can have.
Question: What is Transfer Timeout Interval?
Answer:
This sets how many seconds you want the transfer to "timeout". For
example
if you set this to 20 seconds, it will say "timeout" if the mp3 doesnt
connect to the users computer in 20 seconds.
Note:
You can only set this value with the 20 - 180 second range.
Question: What is Auto Clear Ignored at Connection?
Answer: At connection audioGnome will automatically clear your ignore user list.
Question: What is List ignored at Connection?
Answer: audioGnome will load the ignore list at connection.
Question: What is "Enable Re-connect on recoverable errors" ?
Answer: audioGnome will re-connect your server if for any reason it is disconnected, or if a certain IP for a server cant be found and ag cant log into it, aG will use the DNS of the "domain name" of that server to get in, after it cant get in, it'll give up.
Question: What is "Enable Debug mode" do?
Answer:
If the switch is "on", you will not see anymore "popups", such as "Object
error defined in line 7893". In other words by setting this "on"
you wont get any error messages. By setting this "off", you will
continue normal operations, and if an error occurs you will see it.
